Year 10’s filleted whole seabass in GCSE Food this week. Pupils filleted fish and julienned their vegetables creating an asian infused dish. Vegetarians had the option of making homemade tofu out of soya milk with some wonderful outcomes. Well done all! https://t.co/YeHb1SF4U2
