The Communications Faculty consists of the English Department and the school Library Services.
Working closely together to ensure that all students have access to the best quality resources to help them achieve and enjoy developing their skills and knowledge in English language & literature, as well as research and study skills that will enable girls to fully access the rest of the curriculum.
At Key Stage 3, all pupils study English for 4 hours a week, and in year 10 all students go on to study GCSE English Language & Literature (AQA).
