Northfield School for Girls works in partnership with the Chadsgrove Teaching school Alliance (TSA). The Chadsgrove TSA ethos and values closely match our own – that every child matters and that investment in staff is key to unlocking children’s potential. Our partnership allows our middle leaders to train as Specialist Leaders in Education, which then gives our strongest areas (such as English and History) the capacity to support colleagues in other schools. Furthermore, the Chadsgrove TSA is unique amongst local TSAs in that it has a particular specialism in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Through developing our staff professional development with the help and support of our friends at Chadsgrove, we will further develop our ability to support all the children who have chosen our school.
