Year 10 GCSE Food Prep and Nutrition classes looked at how to produce good quality pastry and the faults that can occur. This week it was homemade rough puff pastry, producing delicious sausage rolls and croissants. Next week choux pastry ???‍? https://t.co/CJ4gnx54Ei

Also a huge congratulations to our year 8 team who finished 4th in the All Birmingham Indoor Athletics competition today and who represented our school wonderfully and wowed with some amazing gutsy performances! Well done girls!!
